Ajay Vatsyayan Classes offers one-to-one home tutors in DLF Phase 5, Gurgaon, along Golf Course Road, and the tutor can switch to live online sessions whenever needed. Every class from 1 to 12 is covered on CBSE, ICSE/ISC, Cambridge IGCSE and IB; Class 11–12 students can add JEE or NEET; and a female tutor is sent whenever a family asks.

Unlike DLF Phases 1, 3 and 4, Phase 5 does not have the schools on our list inside it. The schools we list for this area are in Sushant Lok, South City I, Sector 43 and Sector 54, so for a senior student the school day already includes travel. For a Class 11 or 12 student carrying boards plus JEE, NEET or the IB Diploma, a tutor who comes home removes one more journey. Schools Phase 5 students travel to

We teach students from schools such as Delhi Public School, Sushant Lok, DPSG Sushant Lok, Amity International School, Sector 43, Shalom Hills International School, Shikshantar School (South City I) and Suncity School, Sector 54 (we are not affiliated with any school named here).

• CBSE: Delhi Public School, Sushant Lok; DPSG Sushant Lok; Amity International School, Sector 43; and Shalom Hills International School. Class 11–12 students follow NCERT, which is also the base for JEE Main and NEET.
• CISCE: Shikshantar School, whose students sit the ICSE and then the ISC examinations.
• Three boards at one school: Suncity School lists CBSE, Cambridge (IGCSE) and the IB Diploma Programme, so it matters which one your child is in.

Class 11–12: boards and entrance exams in one plan

A senior student in DLF Phase 5 may carry two goals at once: board or IB exams, and an entrance exam. We build one plan that serves both, so the student studies each chapter once, properly.

CBSE with JEE or NEET

ISC with JEE or NEET

ISC students, for example from Shikshantar, follow the CISCE syllabus, which covers much of the same ground as NCERT but in a different order and style. The tutor maps ISC chapters to the NTA syllabus so that nothing needed for JEE or NEET is left out.

IB Diploma and IGCSE

For IB DP students, the tutor works to the subject guide at SL or HL, including exam-style papers and the thinking behind the internal assessment, which must stay the student's own work. A sample week for a Class 11 JEE student

The mix changes near school exams, when board-style papers take over, and in the final months before JEE or NEET, when full mock papers do.

From our tutors: IB and IGCSE students who decide late to sit JEE usually have strong reasoning but gaps in speed and in some topics the IB syllabus treats lightly. From our tutors: NEET students often give Biology all their time and let Physics slide, because Physics feels slower to improve. We protect at least one physics session a week from Class 11 onwards, focused on numericals, since that habit is hard to build in the last few months.

DLF Phase 5 questions

Can one tutor handle both the Class 12 boards and JEE?

For Maths and Physics, usually yes: the same tutor teaches the board chapter and then the JEE depth. For Chemistry, or if the student needs more hours, we may suggest a second subject tutor.

My child is in the IB Diploma at Suncity. Do you have IB tutors?

Yes. Tell us the subjects and whether each is at SL or HL, and we will suggest a tutor who teaches the IB Diploma in those subjects.

Is it too late to start JEE or NEET preparation in Class 12?

It is harder but not too late. The tutor will prioritise the highest-weight chapters and combine them with the board syllabus. An honest assessment in the demo class is the right starting point.
