We strive to ensure that every student gets the best tutoring experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where cancellation or refunds are required.
If a paid trial class is unsatisfactory, the amount may be refunded or adjusted in the next class. Decision will be made on a case-to-case basis.
If a student cancels after the first paid class of a monthly package, refunds will be issued after deducting the fee for classes already conducted and a nominal processing charge (10% of total fee or ₹500, whichever is lower).
If a tutor consistently fails to deliver quality classes or misses scheduled sessions without notice, we will provide a replacement tutor or refund remaining fee balance.
No refunds for missed classes unless 24 hours’ prior notice is given and the class is rescheduled.
Classes missed without prior intimation will be considered completed.
All refunds will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of enrollment and may take 7–10 working days to reflect.
