Ajay Vatsyayan Classes is a home tuition service in Gurgaon (Gurugram), founded by Ajay Vatsyayan, a Maths and Physics teacher. We arrange one-to-one tuition for Classes 1–12, either at the student's home or in live online classes, for CBSE, ICSE/ISC, Cambridge IGCSE and IB students, and for JEE and NEET preparation. Every family meets the tutor in a free demo class before deciding.

Who we are
Ajay Vatsyayan Classes is a home tuition service run from Sector 52, Gurugram. It is not a coaching institute. There are no classrooms and no shared lessons. Every lesson is one tutor with one student, at home or online.
The service was founded by Ajay Vatsyayan, a Maths and Physics teacher (B.Tech; IB and Cambridge IGCSE experienced). He teaches Class 11–12 Maths and Physics for CBSE, ICSE and ISC, IB Diploma Maths, and JEE and NEET preparation. He also reviews the content we publish, including this page. The business grew from one simple observation: most children don't need more hours of teaching. They need the right teacher, one who can see exactly where a child is stuck and fix that. So our work is matching. We listen to what a family needs, suggest a tutor who fits the class, board, subject and location, and let the family judge the tutor in a demo before they commit.
What we offer
We offer two things only: one-to-one home tuition, where a tutor visits the student's home in Gurgaon, and live one-to-one online classes with the same kind of tutor. Many families use both, for example home sessions during the term and online sessions in exam weeks.

School subjects and boards
For younger children (Classes 1–5), the tutor focuses on reading, writing, number sense and homework habits. From Class 6 to Class 10, the main needs are Maths, Science, English and Social Science, with a second or third language. In Classes 11 and 12, each subject usually has its own specialist tutor. This covers Science (PCM and PCB), Commerce and Humanities.
Board matters as much as class. A CBSE student follows NCERT books. An ICSE or ISC student follows the CISCE syllabus, which is longer and more detailed. IGCSE and IB students need tutors who know those assessment styles. We match the tutor to the board, not just the subject.
Languages

JEE and NEET
JEE and NEET preparation is also one-to-one. The tutor teaches the school chapter first, then adds the depth and speed the entrance exam needs on the same chapter. That way, board preparation and entrance preparation support each other.

How it works
Getting a tutor takes four steps, and you decide at each one.
- Call us. Ring +91 92204 75088 or fill in the contact form. Tell us the class, board, subjects, school, your sector or society, and whether you want home or online classes.
- We suggest a verified tutor who can reach you. We pick a tutor who teaches that class, board and subject, and who can travel to your home without difficulty (or teach online, if you prefer).
- Free demo class. The tutor teaches a real lesson from your child's syllabus and checks what your child already knows. There is no fee and no obligation.
- Regular classes. If you are happy, you agree a timetable with the tutor. Sessions follow the school calendar, with extra time before tests and exams. If you have any concerns, talk to us.
From our tutors: the most useful thing a parent can bring to the demo class is a recent test paper with the child's mistakes on it. Ten minutes on those mistakes tells a tutor more than any conversation, and it makes the demo much more useful to you.

Our tutors have 5–15 years of teaching experience, and the team includes IIT and NIT graduates. Together they form the Ajay Vatsyayan Classes Home Tutors Team.
Every tutor is interviewed and checked before we suggest them to a family. We only suggest a tutor for a class, board and subject they teach. Once classes begin, we stay in touch with the family. If something is not working, tell us early.
From our tutors: in the first few weeks with a new student, the aim is not to rush ahead in the syllabus. It is to find the one or two basic gaps, often in arithmetic, algebra or reading a question carefully, that cause most lost marks, and fix those before moving on.
