Maths Home Tuition in Gurgaon

Class: 6 to 8 | Board: IB

In IB Middle Years Programme schools, maths is assessed against four criteria: knowing and understanding, investigating patterns, communicating, and applying mathematics in real-life contexts, which can puzzle families used to chapter tests out of a fixed total. Ajay Vatsyayan Classes offers one-to-one IB maths tuition at home for students of Classes 6 to 8 across Gurugram, and live online lessons if that fits better. The tutor helps with the content itself, from number and algebra to geometry, statistics and probability, and also with the investigation tasks and written reflections that MYP units expect. Children learn to explain their reasoning in words, which is exactly what the criteria reward. Among the central sectors around Sohna Road and Golf Course Road, we teach students from schools in this part of Gurugram, such as Lotus Valley International School, G D Goenka Public School, Sector 48 and Amity International School, Sector 46 (we are not affiliated with any school named here); families in other sectors can ask as well. With 12+ years of tutoring in Gurgaon and 500+ verified tutors, we can find someone familiar with IB language and assessment rather than a purely textbook approach.
